First, let me say that the acronyms I'm providing below are just the more common ones that are most apt to be found on this board or be associated with these type of discussions. For a more comprehensive list of fertility-related acronyms and other helpful ones, try here.

2WW = The Two Week Wait (from embryo transfer to news on pregnancy)
AH, AZH = Assisted Hatching
ART = Assisted Reproductive Technology
BCP = Birth Control Pills
BMI = Body Mass Index
CD = Cycle Day
ED = Egg Donor
EPU = Egg Pick-up
ET = Embryo Transfer
FET = Frozen Embryo Transfer
FSH = Follicle Stimulating Hormone
GS = Gestational Surrogate Mother or Gestational Carrier
ICSI = Intra-cytoplasmic Sperm Injection
IF = Infertility
IF or IF’s = Intended Father(s)
IM or IM’s = Intended Mother(s)
IP or IP’s = Intended Parent(s)
IVF = In Vitro Fertilization
LMP = Last Menstrual Period
MF = Male Factor
NICU = Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
NT = Nuchal Translucency
PG = Pregnant
PGD = Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis
RE = Reproductive Endocrinologist
SA = Semen Analysis
SM = Surrogate Mother
TS = Traditional Surrogate Mother or Traditional Carrier
TTC = Trying to Conceive
US or u/s = Ultrasound
